It grew out of the experience of the above authors studying Master of Applied Science (Geographic Information Systems) together at the University of Melbourne during 2009-10. This collection of blogs provides an interesting cross section of opinion and experience in the countries of China, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Australia.
